100 Burpees For Time

You can do this workout anywhere, anytime. You don’t need gear, and you don’t need a gym. Do it in a park, in your basement, at the office, wherever. All you need is a will to suffer and a desire to find out what you’re made of. Your goal is to finish in 6 minutes or less. The rule: Each burpee must be of quality form. Your chest must touch the ground, and you must jump a mini- mum of 6 inches at the top. I’d rather see you take 7 minutes to do 100 perfect burpees than 5 minutes to do 100 half-assed ones.

Directions: 

Start a stopwatch. Do 100 reps of burpees as fast as you possibly can. The goal Time: 6 Minutes or
